Getting 2nd Degree In College

if you graduated with a bachelors in marketing can you go back later and just take the accounting core courses you missed and also get a bachelors in accounting?

It depends on the school. Mine changed their policy during my last semester to something like this: if you want double majors you have to stay and finish up all your classes. Once you've graduated you CANNOT go back and get a 2nd degree, only masters. I don't know if other colleges are the same way but you should check. With so many budget cuts lately colleges are getting very stringent with things.
