Approximately, how much do the residuals increase for 10 and 12,000 miles? Also, does the mileage affect the money factor? Thanks.

These look the same as the July numbers, I've been reading other places that the August MF have gotten better, no SD required anymore as well.

Yeah they did, I ordered my 335i xdrive at 62% residual and now it's up to 64%..

Btw those numbers do look old though;

August MF's for the sedans:

328i sedan went from .00190 to .00130
335i sedan went from .00170 to .00145

i pmed a CA on bimmerfest; he told me it's the same MF as last month; but the residual for 10k is 64%, 12k 63%, 61% for 15k

thanks choy boy, just saw that on bimmerfest as well. The rates are incredible for August. I sent a note to my CA (since I'm picking up this week) and have heard crickets on the new rates.

I have them agreeing to extend the better rates upon delivery in writing, so I hope they don't try to pull a fast one when I pick up this week.

The deal we closed in early July (before July rates were out) was with a 63% residual and a .00190 MF (buy rate for june). So 64% with a .00125 MF is a HUGE difference. This will take my monthly payments from $530/mo to $472/mo.

I'm a little worried.....they replied to my email that had a few questions on it.....but completely ignored my question on the new August rates!
