headlight(blackout option)HELP

anybody ever open they're headlights and black the inside out..any tips..i got tired of my lamin-x exterior tint, felt like i was loosing light and it would always heat up and bubble ..also do i need to take my bumper off to take my head light out? and will it be safe to put in the oven or should i heat around the edges?
