2009 CPO E90 LCI 328xi

I was at my dealership last week not intending to really buy anything yet but they had something that caught my interest. I was looking around at the 328xi and they happened to have a CPO that just came in a few days ago. Its a 2009 328xi with premium, cold weather, and comfort packages. Its got only 4,000 miles on it and they were asking for $32k. It was used as an executive vehicle in NJ for one year and they just got it in. It seems like a really good deal as the car is in great condition. Its practically brand new, the interior and exterior are in perfect condition and they haven't bothered to clean it yet. Can anybody give me some feedback on the price? I did the KBB value and they gave me $40,200... I don't have a Galves account but if anybody could run this through and let me know what the numbers are I'd appreciate it!

Its Alpine White. I'll post some pictures later today or tomorrow.
