My E90 LCI M-Tech bumper got trashed in a hit and run
I'm pretty certain when the claims adjuster does a tally of the damage to my car that I will only be reimbursed for the cost of a new standard E90 335i bumper.
I looked a bit closer at my bumper and saw that the diffuser is almost untouched. It only has a scratch on about 1/2" on one side. I was wondering if they sell only the top portions of the bumper and not the whole bumper + diffuser. I got the M-Tech bumper after getting rear ended and paying out of pocket for an upgrade just 6 months ago. I don't want to have to spend up again but I also don't want to go back to stock. |

Go through insurance. They will have to do a new trunk too.
It is going to be a real hefty bill if you foot it yourself. Probably looking at about $2k for new parts and paint. |

I am going to go through insurance. I got an estimate of about $2.5-3K. What I'm wondering is if they sell the M-Tech bumper in pieces. Like a top part and a bottom part.
Not a fan of the CSL trunk. Not my style. |
