? about couple codes

Did a scan on the car after a couple WOT runs just to make sure everything was ok. Came up with a few strange codes that seem to be pretty minor, but im not sure

. Should I just clear and see if they come back up?
This one says business radio...

MOST/CAN gateway ????????

Footwell & rain and light sensor

And these were found under shadow codes

Some of the ones like the rain sensor might have been cause I recently got the new hpfp software "fix" but im not entirely sure. Thanks
