19" rims with 40 offset; Will it work on the E90?

I have a set of 19" BSA Rims with a 40 offset. I want to know if it is compatible with the E90. Would this offset cause the wheel to extend outside the fender?

no this will make it go in more. lower offset will make it stick out. plus, depends on the with of the rim.

the width of the rim is how wide the rim is. ok, do this. yes. the small the offset the wheels will stick out. do you mean the wheels would not rub the fender? it depends on the width and offset.

go here http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/...jsp?techid=95# maybe this will help you.

If your rims are staggered: 8.5 x 19 F and 9.5 x 19 R and you use right tire sizes such as: 225/35/19 F & 255/30/19 R, you'll be okay. You got 12mm less clearance in front and 25mm less clearance and 13mm extend in rear.

I'm assuming the wheel is a 19x9.5 or something close ? If so, it'll work just fine
