Is the Tire and Rim Warranty Valid

If you don't have RFT's on your car? I don't seem to see anything mentioned on this.

Its my understanding that it has to be a BMW approved Tire/Rim package for your vehicle.

So essentially your tire and rim set has to match what a BMW dealer would sell you for your vehicle.

I inquired about this when purchasing snow tires. They said (Parkview BMW) if I spent the $3500 on a snow tire package from BMW, my road hazard protection would also cover it.

However I refused to spend $3500 on snow tires and rims.....
