Hey guys, price check: E92 335i 2009 CPO

Hey guys, just wondering if you could help me out in deciding whether this is a fair price for a E92. It seems a little steep to me but I am unsure. This will be my first BMW but I have done alot of research. Thanks for the replies

335i 2009 with 6500 miles.
Montego blue
Mint in and out
Sport Package
Premium Package
Standard Hi-Fi system
CPO'd
NO iDrive

Dealer is selling for around $41000. I was thinking more along the lines of 35k. Are they asking way too much?

they will say no to 35k, if you want something in 35k price range you can get an 08 or 07' that is CPO'd with I-drive and all the other features you wanted. 39k seems fair for that 09' as they are still new and the particular one you listed has really low mileage. Personally, I would just get an 08 or 07 if you want to get in the 35k range for CPO'd vehicles.

Ya the reason I was looking at 09 is for the upgraded idrive system. But then now that I think about it, if I were to get a cpo 2009 with no idrive then there's no reason to get the 09 I could get an 08 or 07. Unless the 09 had some upgrades over the 07s/08s other than the idrive?
