DTC Setting 1/4m Drag

Should I just turn off DTC when doing 1/4m runs OR completely turn off DTC & DSC (5second push of DTC button) to get the best launches in a 6mt?

I just got my new E92 335i, love the chirp I get after a really good shift into 2nd. Not sure if that is the fastest way...
