Is anyone running all four same size tires on staggered wheels?

Any issues? I know they recommend having widers in rear but is it okay to run all same size?

If your going with a non-staggered setup you can definitely run the same size tire all around. A lot of guys do this simply so that they have the ability to rotate their tires. For example, you can run an 18x8.5 ET35 with a 225/40/18 tire all around if you wish.

Depending on the difference in wheel widths, it may not look good
If it's a difference of 1/2 inch, it may not be bad but if it's 8.5" front and 9.5" or 10" rear, it'll look terrible because you'll have a lot of stretch on the rear and none in the front

I am looking to run 245/40/18 all the way around on staggered 8" front and 8.5" rears. I have heard for the most part that this shouldn't be a problem but a couple others said they weren't sure.

Thanks for any help any of you can give me. I do not want to make a costly mistake!

Since you have a 8" wheel up front, I would recommend running a 235/40/18 all around. Do know though, this will not allow you to rotate since the wheels are still a staggered fitment.

You would have to unmount the tires to rotate them, which will bring up some labor costs for you

Thanks, gents. I have the opportunity to get a great deal on a set of 245/40/18 tires and want to make them work with the staggered wheels. I am hoping they won't rub?

I have a standard 330i with standard suspension etc.

Thanks for the help!

With stock height, you'll be fine.
