German Plate on back

This might be stupid, but do you think theres a high risk of getting pulled over if I put a german plate on my trunk, and put my PA license plate in my rear window. Whats the worst that can happen?

German Plate on back + PA license plate in rear window= ticket in hand

That is pretty stupid. Reminds me of Civics with Japanese plates in windows.

As a matter of fact I saw a VW with a euro tag in the front.

Why not? Its a german car, it looks sexy. And europe doesnt rock US plates cause they are ugly and dont drive american gas guzzling cars

Reminds me of people renaming their Acura Integras to HONDA Integra or a G35 to a "SKYLINE".

I like my car clean of any badges, extra tags, stickers, etc.

I even had them remove that stupid "X-DRIVE" badge on the side.

But to op I think haven't no front plate is already pushing it now that u want to remove your rear plate and slap the euro one on it your asking it !! Just my 2 cent

Trouble in philly? Probably not. Trouble/ticket in radnor or lower merion? Absolutely. Why even give them a reason to stop you...?

Even if it were ok to have a 'fake' tag on the back and the PA one in the back window you still have to worry about how easily it can be read. Could be a problem if tinted, etc.

I'd skip it. This ain't germany.

(I guess you didn't save any of those black DARE plates huh? Mine looks awesome...)

When i go to europe i see old style U.S cars like 70-80's cadillacs rockin U.S plates along with euro plates down on the bumper. But I've seen this twice since these cars are so rare here.
