Tyres to fit 20" ?
Hi All
I have a E92 335i. I need help with which tyres to fit on the following staggered set wheels? 20x8.5 +40 front 20x9.5 +40 rear I am guessing 245/30-20 and 265/30-20 ?? |

Re: 275/25-20
Tirerack.com - Sorry, there are no tires available in the size you selected. Please select a new size. I'm thinking 265's to be safe?? |

285/25/20 is much more common than 275/25/20. I've only heard of one 275/25/20 and that was a Dunlop tire.

I would recommend 245/30/20 fronts and 285/25/20 rears. This setup may require some slight fender work depending on your alignment and tire manufacturer.

I see that Falken makes a 275/25/24, but no 275/25/20.

The Radius of the new tyre/wheel combination is nearly 10cm greater than stock 18". Does this mean my car will sit 10cm higher? |

I guess you mean 10mm, then it will sit 5mm higher and has 5mm less gap to the fender.

Remmib is right.
5mm les gap, and it looks lower. Here you can see. 8,5-20 245/30-20 and 10-20 285/25-20 Et 40 front and back. And the 8,5 and 9,5 18. 225 and 235/40-18. Suspension in same hight. the winters are et20 front and back. No rubbing at winters or summer. |

Great looking car too. Have you got lowering springs or coilovers? |
