E90 CPO price advice

Friends, I am looking to buy a CPO 335i - below is what I am being offered - please let me know what you think:
2007 335i Sedan, Black Sapphire Mettalic, Premium pkg, Sport pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, Steprtonic. Car has 31,000 miles.

Dealer is offering $28.5k as the best price - I am leaning more towards 27k. Car is in good condition (has curb rash on wheels) and has a terra leather interior, which looks quite dull and is the one thing that is holding me back a ittle - though I can live with it. Car has been on the lot for more than 4 months - so I am also concerned why it has not sold.

What do you guys think? Advice is much appreciated, since I want to decide quickly and come back into the BMW fold which I left (with regret) last year.

ask for a carfax to see if that tells you any reason why it was on the lot for 4 months

I checked the Carfax - it doesn't show anything - seems like the lessee returned the car back in April - after that the only records shown are a service, and CPO inspection.

Is the Terra leather a deal breaker for a lot of people? And what about the price? Too high in this economy?

Im not to good about the price, but i think the leather is probably the deal killer for most.

I got my car in January, CPO for 33k. with 34k miles, it was fully loaded as well

My mint condition 2007 335i coupe is sitting on the BMW dealers lot since I traded it over 3 months ago. Car is certified, It's Black/black, Auto, Premium and Heated seats with 27k on the odometer. Carfax is clean as I was the original owner. He was trying to get 32900, and now is looking for 29900 according to his website. Only thing I can figure is no Nav or Sports package.
