I would've been all over this if it had the chrome trim on the knob like the one I have now does

I think you can remove the chrome knob from the old one and replace on the new switch, do a search on the forum.

If your existing switch has the chrome trimmed light knob you can switch the knobs easier than exchanging the buttons. Just remove the switch from the dash, carefully remove the round trim ring around the knob, pull the knob straight off - do the same on the euro switch and then replace your chrome trimmed knob on the euro and replace the trim ring. Just pay attention to the orientation of the knob as the shaft is keyed and the knob only really goes on one way.
