Please help me with those three

I definitely want dry and went traction, even thread wear, less noise is always good
and just something sticky and meaty

Budget is not an object because I rather get somehthng reliable and good and not keep changing tires

thank you
If it helps I have Advan RS-D going on in a couple of weeks 19x8.5 et35 and 19x9.5 et25 and will be running Toyo T1-R's 235/35/19 front and 265/35/19 rear. I am pretty slammed and right now running 30et offset with same size wheels/tires in the front and 25et offset with same size wheels/tires in the rear on Falken FK452's. The Falkens and Toyo's are great for lower cars and aggressive offsets due to rounder sidewalls. I havnt rolled fenders yet but a little initial rubbing removed any more sound so i might be good now.

Toyo's are better than the Falkens IMO and a very sticky tire for street/track use but the treadlife is overrated from factory. Our track use wears them down pretty quickly but they are great for grip and if you need a bigger wheel/or lower offset to fit a fender.
