On the way back, 294 southbound from Wisconsin, "only" 4 traffic stops. I do wonder if they're pulling officers from I-90 to beef up enforcement, usually I'd see 0 to 1 ISP D15 car on that segment.

This morning, speed detail on 90 westbound during rush hour. Laser was being used, the officer was using the driver's side door mirror to clock cars.

As you all know, with laser, if your detector is going off, it's almost certainly too late.

This blows.

What do you mean by traffic stops? You mean they are setting up check points for breathelizers and crap? Or do you mean you say 4 cars pulled over?

^^I noticed when driving up to WI, the only time I would see cops pulling people over are in groups of 4.

Uh, dude, I-90 doesn't end at O'hare, it keeps going ya know. It don't stop until it hits the Pacific ocean.

"Traffic stop" means that they're pulling people over for a violation. No roadblocks, just speed traps.

So, what I'm saying is that I passed 4 different people being ticketed on 294.

Wow I saw like 6 state troopers on I90 east heading towards the city. They are cracking down on speeders!
