Clear Bra for E92 Mtec Front Bumper? socal recommendations?
Hey Guys/Gals,
I'm not too familiar with the clear bra pricing/options/types and brands of adhesive so maybe you can help me out? -I'm in the process of getting a front mtec bumper that I bought resprayed for new Black Sapphire Metallic paint. I do want to get a clear-bra for it to prevent rock-chips and what not. Also, to protect from swirl's and discoloration as well. -The previous owner of the bumper did in fact have a clear bra on it, I took it off myself without a heatgun and it caused the paint to come off along with it. I was told that happened because I did not use a heatgun. Anyways, I want a strong clearbra. -How much should I expect to pay for installation/materials? Anyone know of a spot in socal I can get it done locally for a good price? The bumper is off so it should be easier for them to install it on, thus better pricing? The paint is going to be done on friday or so. Would I have to wait a couple days for the paint to completely dry before applying a clear bra? The shop I took it to quoted me $150 but his was a spray that you could not see, I was skeptical of it and don't want to pay for something that is not "visible." Thanks in advanced! |

Check here... Search for dealers @ CA
http://members.invisiblepatterns.com/dealers.php Also it will be easier to install it when the bumper is on. Since its attached to something robust. Check here how my bumper was covered. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=430922 |
