When I was consulting earlier this year I did some web design. I can give you one of the sites for reference if you're interested. Mostly ASP.NET using VB or C# ( I do know basic HTML also).

I can create in CF, how many pages ? and you want informational only and or need a shopping cart ?

Haha, thanks David!

It sounds like for what you need, a static templated site would suffice. There are plenty of free platforms available to do this, like WordPress and Google Sites.

If you're looking for something a little hardcore, I'd be glad to help.
