does it normally take longer to loosen the wheel lugs??? like more than 3 sec??
I didnt try longer than 3 sec cuz i didnt want to strip the bolts.
I am thinking returning them...
I bought one yesterday and it would not remove the lugs for me either! Damn shop that put on my new tires has them on way to tight, so I had to remove them manually using good old muscle power. It did however remove the large bolt holding on the rear disk which the muscles were having a hard time with.

Are you using the matercraft one correctly, the rocker switch does fwd and reverse - are you sure you are pressing the right one?

The torque is also progressive meaning it will increase the longer the button is held.
