Plenty of discussion on this topic. Perform a search and you'll find plenty of information and pics. Short answer to your question is yes.

Regardless of 335i or 325, the E92 underpinnings will be exact or similar. I'm not talking about any coilover here. Here in the states via Tischer, they offer a reasonable M3 conversion suspension kits:

Nomenclature: Part number: Price:
OEM BMW E9x M3 Aluminum Rear Guide Rod Set PKE9XM3RGUIDE $465.00
OEM BMW E9x M3 Aluminum Rear Wishbone PKE9XM3REARWISH $240.00
OEM BMW E9x M3 Front Sway Bar Kit PKE9XM3FSWAYKIT $215.00
OEM BMW E9X M3 Rear Sway Bar Kit PKE9XM3RSWAYKIT $175.00
OEM BMW E90/92/93 M3 Front Control Arm/Tension Strut Retrofit Set

or
OEM BMW E9X M3 Suspension Component Kit PKE9XM3SUSPENSION

Check this site out. You’ll notice they have been around for quite some time

Ok Parminder,
Here are some links on the M3 suspension swap discussion. Also, I would research if all of your suspension components are compatible with your car by a qualified local tuner or service tech.

I hope this helps with your future endeavors. I think, for your car's suspension, this M3 kit may be a bit overboard. There are several types of lesser modifications that don't need to be so drastic. Maybe just firmer shocks, lower springs, and/or sway bars are all you need. Just a thought.

hey thumperx thanks for your detailed reply a lot helpful. the only reason i was going for the m3 suspension was due to the fact that i was getin it for less than 100 dollars so thought might just be a straight swap, now i see why its going cheap. well i think i am just gona go for some good coilovers which will fit the 325 straight on instead. thanks for your help
