HID angel eye question!

Im looking to buy a set for my e90 lci but had a quick question before I do

My brothers jeep srt8 has upgraded hid fogs and headlights which I will be removing since the lease is over and was wondering if I can utilize his hid kit and just change the hid bulb to one that fits my car??

Sorry if it's a dumb question

not sure how e90s go, but from a e92's perspective, if it has a 35w ballast with capacitators and connects to your fog connector you are good to go.
