Well they kerbed one of my alloys and denied all knowledge. They eventually repaired it free of charge!! Good service, apart form that i was fairly happy with the level of service and competitive price!

I've had three trim pieces replaced under warranty by Sytner High Wycombe. The driver seat bolster leather including foam, steering wheel rubber coating and the small compartment lid next to the driver's right knee.

I also had the red boost hose pipe replaced. All four jobs completed without hassle. I was given a new 330d e93 as a courteousy car too. So far so good and will use them for my next service due in 3k miles.

I think it unavoidable that there will be an ocassion where the dealer does not live up to expectations. It's how they resolve the issue that separates the competition.

Yes they seem willing enough but it's just more hassle having to take it back again. Anyway booked in for Tuesday, will let you know how I get on.

I've had a lot of dealings with a chap at Sytner High Wycombe called Ben recently, and I've found him to be a really helpful guy when speccing up my new company guy.

The chap who delivered the 24 hour demonstrator to me was brilliant too, so far the Sytner experience has been second to none although maybe as I'm a fleet customer things are slightly different.

I hope that Sytner are the dealers that my company car gets ordered from because they've been that helpful that it would be a shame for another dealership to get the money from the car order.

Fair play to Sytner they fitted the new trim, very helpful and efficient just a shame it took two visits.
