Forget the hood. Save some more and get an M-Tech front/rear instead...

It would work painted but the weave on that hood is TERRIBLE. Curvy and uneven, I would opt for a dry form carbon fiber hood like Vorsteiner that has a uniform look and weave.

I know, I can not for the life of me find a normal powerdome hood for the e90 of good quality. The Vorsteiner hood is vented to the hills... too much IMO
