Do 325i zsp and 330i zsp have the same suspension/shocks?

As per title, do they cause i have a 325i and wanting to change to 18's but i know pics don't do justice so the only ones i have seen in person are the 330i's with sport package which have 18's too.
I am confused that if i change mine to 18's will it basically have the same height as 330's with their 18's.
