Sunday Night Football
What is with the scoreboard at each commercial break being in all Spanish? Plus there have been a few all Spanish commercials... It's a little annoying.

I don't know the exact reason or all the reasons but usually when it comes to prime time games in Miami, they would have some kind of Hispanic theme going on. For example Marc Anthony and J.Lo have minority ownerships and they're Hispanic. They've done it a few times before too.
I think another reason they're doing it is because there are a lot of Hispanic viewers thus making this a good opportunity to "connect" with them. Edit: okay Al the announcer just said it "it's part of the hispanic heritage month". |

The game is already being televised on Telemundo entirely in Spanish. Seems a little overkill to me.

I'm so tired of every race being given a "heritage" month.
How about a Polish, German, Irish, Greek, etc month? Give me a freaking break! |
