its the dreaded wastegate rattle. take it in, you will get new software and new actuators. If that doesn't work, you may even get new turbos

So is this a potential future issue?? Is it bad for my car?? Cause I really don't feel like paying removing all my mods for a ticking noise which is just in morning for few minutes!!!

I wouldn't run off saying waste gate rattle the injectors are pretty loud in the am will quiet down after running the car for a while...blurp the gas around 3000 rpms and listen for a "rattle" noise on deceleration That is the tell tale sign...and what the BMW techs listen for per sib

I'm gonna say injectors. They take a while to prime, so they tick

Injectors...... louder if you have the silencer off the car too....( the plate that goes over the ECU and the back side of the engine bay)
