Dyno results - Low torque numbers?
Ran on the dyno yesterday. They called it "the heartbreaker" because it runs 15-20 low (so they say). One of the guys that ran map 0 on their jb3 and it said 240hp. Regardless, the dyno's that I usually see have 20 or so more tq than hp (including people that ran that day on the same dyno)...mine were almost dead even. Could there be something wrong?
EDIT: Also sent to shiv and team. Any help is appreciated thanks! Run conditions: 87F/88F Humidity - 11% STD: 1:03 Mods: Helix FMIC, EAS DCI, PROCede v4 Results: Run 1 - 344.63/343.22 (Autotune) Run 2 - 353.40/350.27 (Map 2 w/ higher initial boost settings - did not give it time to autotune) Thanks!

My dynojet run with GIAC Stage 1 had about the same torque numbers, only 12hp/tq diff. I thought maybe it was because I have an AT...not sure.

The results look perfectly fine. Especially if it's a low reading dyno where a stock car dynos at just 240whp. For no exhaust mods, it's pretty darn solid. I couldn't put too much faith in the idea that torque should always be higher than hp as this will vary from dyno to dyno. Keep in mind that FMICs do tend to result in torque loss (since they result in slightly slower spool-up due to internal volume) but offer better top end power (since they offer better cooling).
