Best Football goal EVER

The latest Moroccan Soccer blooper has produced the most unexpected goal of the season, maybe the year.
The setting of this Video is the shoot out between "Maghreb of Fez" and FAR of Rabat. The winner of the game advance to the quarter finals of Morocco's "Coupe du Throne".

The FAR goalkeeper, Khalid Askri made a great save but was too busy gloating to notice the ball was spinning into his goal.
An experienced soccer referee opined that "It is a valid goal. Direction of travel of the ball is irrelevant after the initial kick. The kicker struck the ball once. It moved forward. From that point it is in play until one of the following things happen: It stops It is held by the keeper It crosses the goal line It crosses the touch line It is touched again by the kicker. In this case it remained in play until it crossed the goal line. It was then a valid goal" .
In fact, it wasn't until the goal had been ruled good that Askri even realized what had happened. Serves him right for being more concerned about grandstanding than his job.
Askri's mistake is worse than Robert Green's goalkeeping fumble during the World Cup. Green appeared to misjudge the ball or not respond when it made contact with his hands.Askri actually made a very good save but failed to finish the play. He failed to play the whistle.

To make matters even more embarrassing, Askri's team ended up losing 7-6. In light of the ridiculous circumstances of this goal, Askri's error, and the fact that his team lost because of it, Yahoo Sports predicts that this video "will soon be on every blooper reel created from now until the end of time." No argument here.[source]
