335i upgrade spark plugs?

I plan on running map 5 for a while on jb3 2.0 with dci, and IC, then maybe move up to map 7 soon. Should I get a colder set of plugs? or go Oem route? If so what brand and part number?

the N55 went with one electrode spark plug... maybe the same as mini cooper S ?
