Tyre pressures

I am sure its on here some where but what pressure should i run in a E92 on 19" 225 alloys with Bridgstone rft.

I only drive my wifes car on the odd journey the ride is awful .

She drives it on her own and is 10 stone ,I see on the door it gives different pressure for different people ie 2 or 4 .

TIA

I just run mine towards the lower end of the range. Most of the time it's just me in the car. I know that it's down to personal preference, but how often do people run a fully laden car - people and luggage.

I would start at the lower end of the range and change the pressures depending upon how it feels.

Something I needed to ask also.

I have read on here some people reccomend running them at a slightly higher pressure than BMW state for the Bridgestone RFT's which apparently helps or stops the wear people complain about.

I have exactly the same wheels and was told to run at higher pressures. Mine are 38 at the front and 44 at the rear when cold.

wow!....44 at the rear is a tiny bit too much....

I've got 18 inch wheels....and currently run 36 front and 38 rear....

tried a few combinations...

I think for 19 inch wheels, 38 for the front and 40 for the rears....

0.2 bar above recommended pressures. I run mine at 2.6 bar front and 3bar rear. Certainly helped prevent early inner tyre wear. Currently on 20k miles on rears. time for a change soon to non rfts!!
