Need tire help!

So i have been looking around online and it seems that the Continental Extremecontact DWS 235/35zr/19 91Y are on backstock EVERYWHERE; however, there are a couple of places that have the tires in 235/35R/19 91Y. Just because its missing the Z, is it the exact same tire? I thought the Z was the speed rating, but then the Y is the speed rating as well...can someone please help me out! Thank you!

And yes I have searched and yes i have looked at the tire rack descriptions so dont post those please, your help is greatly appreciated!
