custom made condoms?

i think i need custom made sized condoms....i even tried the magnum XL's that come in the black box and even those dont fit. like, it's fine around the shaft but around the balls its WAY too tight to the point where it kind of hurts. even the girls whom i were with laughed at me for wearing small condoms.

is there a site where i can just get custom made ones or?
