I mean usually when you see a lot of something there is typically a reason. Why do you think there are so many Honda Civics on the road?

The CSL design fits the 3 series very nicely.

lol..seriously..those wheels are legit, dont get me wrong..they were an icon of that era and probably still have much "street-cred" in the import scene ( dont really follow that anymore)

but yes, they do look good on many bimmers e46 39x etc... it just pains me to see a half a dozen mfr's out there all come out with the same design..

ya youre right, very iconic wheels. If you knew nothing about wheels and slapped them on...you basically when from normal saiyan to saiyan kaio ken x4 and instantly gain respected from your car peers. But comes the dark wheel era with red stripes....was when i drew the line.

Reading this board regularly sure makes us feel that every bmw 3 series has them on. But there are so many Beamers out there with some real ugly OEM rims that I still think they look unique and beatiful when you seem them live.

I do agree that it seems odd that almost every reputable vendor has this wheel with very little variation (appearance wise)...So much for patent laws.

I've seen maybe two other cars with CSL-style wheels in the past year.

Less played out than AW E92s, that's for sure.

CSL is timeless. Don't hate if they're not for you.
