Going to look at and test drive my first 335 coupe. Pricing question.

Hey guys, I currently drive a 2004 330ci ZHP that I love but the 335's have really been growing on me. Especially now that the prices are dropping below 30k on most 07's.

I've been doing a little research on these and I'm really liking the space grey with coral red 335 coupes.

My dealer (bmw north scottsdale) just got a 07 in that color combo and it has around 18k miles. I think they're asking 31,500 for it. I was originally told it wasn't CPO than I was told they might be CPO'ing it so still not sure.

I'm going to go check it out today and test drive it. Anything in particular I should look for? Also, what about the price? Whats a good offer on a 07 with 18k miles?

Thanks guys!

You would have to list all the options to be able to tell you what a good price would be.

KBB retail $33k CPO $34,275. I think KBB is skewed towards the dealer, but should be within 10%.
If they took it in trade, they may have paid 23-27k.

Autotrader shows many cars, running $28,500 to $35,500

Look on Autotrader, cars.com, craiglook.com, ebay, etc. or on bmwusa.com used car search.
Do your homework.

I got mine in Feb 09 for a little over 31. It had 15k miles at the time and was CPO. It also came with a clear bra and an aero spoiler. Look at my signature for all the packages.

I took a look at Galves online and the items that they care about for pricing are:

o Auto Trans
o Heated Seats
o Leather
o Navigation
o Sport

With what you said (Auto, heated seats, Sport, Premium) I guessed that you don't have Navigation.

Galves says: $23,750 for trade-in value. If you add in Navigation, trade-in jumps to $24,750. Without auto, leather, heated seats, nav, or sport package, (i.e.: low trade-in) the trade-in value is $21,700. My Galves account expires tonight, but there are others here who can help out after this.

Cheers,

- John (hopefully soon to own an '07 335i Sedan)

I have a ZHP as well. Also have a 335.

I prefer the ZHP. You're gonna regret selling it.

I have an 05 330Ci ZHP too and was considering leasing a new 335xi coupe M Sport in the winter or spring.

Still debating.
