LCI Fit ?= 19x8.5 ET21 F 19x9.5 ET20 R

Will it fit? I have Front 235/35 ET24 and Rear 265/30 ET25 Falkens on HR Sport drop. Rear fenders are rolled. Right now, I can still see some clearance from the front and a little on the rear.

That is an extremely aggressive fitment for an LCI prior to using spacers. If you are saying you currently have some room to work with, then I would try it out and see if it rubs. Its tough to say whether you'll rub or not since each vehicles alignment, ride height, and tire manufacturer vary.
