Run-flat with spike in
One of my run-flat tires got a spike in. I'm waiting to replace it with a winter tire. If I park the car in the garage for a few days, can I still drive it afterward?
Manual says that a deflated run-flat can runs about 150km, but I'm afraid my tire's side wall will change shape after standing still for a few days because of the weight of the car. |

You really shouldn't wait. Get it repaired ASAP. At the least, get a can of latex sealant and make sure it gets inflated up to a minimum of 15psi.
