Advanced Audio Procedure Bulletin
Does anyone have a link to the bulletin that was published a few months back that explains how a BMW service center should perform an Advanced Audio procedure leveraging PuMA to resolve customer complain issues they can't validate or solve?
Reason I ask is I've had an ongoing Logic7 problem when playing Sirius stations that the mid range speakers behind drivers seat come in and out during songs. It is very noticeable when it occurs and sounds so much better when they are on. However 90% of the time they are off and has been this way for me for almost a year now. My service center says they need to hear it as proof. Every time we do a drive I can never get it to fail to prove it to them. They always state everything is working as expected when clearly it isn't. This Bulletin is my key to getting them to work this issue. The alldata site I used to go to that was open for seeing all Bulletins has now been protected and I can't see these published anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
