Need sugesstion on service for my E90

Hi guys..
Today, all of sudden, my car's central lock aren't working. I need to lock and unlock it with the key. It seems my remote is not working, but the remote can be used to open my trunk. Even my gas cap can't be opened too. What makes it worse is that may gas is about 1/8. I went to BMW Seattle and the adviser says that there is something wrong with the central lock. He also said that there are very often happened to the E90 years 06-07. I have the maintenance warranty, but it's not covered my problem. It cost me approximately $750+tax to fix it, which is really expensive for me. I'm confused, if there are a lot of problem on the E90, then it should be BMW's fault and covered by BMW.
Any suggestion what should I do? or may be does anyone has a referral place for me to service my car?

Picked up the car today from BMW Seattle, the total cost is $492, tax included. They changed my fuse and the 2 front door lock actuator.

That sucks...so you are saying this is not covered by our warranty? Or are you past 50k and only extended the maintenance warranty? I know someone with an 06 E90 with similar problems last year. I don't know if he ever got it fixed.

my current mileage is 31k miles, and the factory warranty has expired form Nov 2009. And I can only buy the extended maintenance warranty which only cover the engine.
My adviser told me that they've found a lot of this problems in earlier e90.
Got 15% off after calling the BMW NA and waiting for a week.

and it's a pretty good deal, considering you get 335d as the rental car.
