question about bulbs/angel eyes, and the housing
Looking to get 6000K angel eyes, and 6000K lowbeams... is there ANYTHING else in the headlight housing to change to an LED, etc... I don't want there to be any yellowish left.. I know on my SL600 benz, we have city aka parking light, that reflects in the housing and an LED takes care of this, do we have something like this in a 2008 335?

E90 or E92/3?
Are you replacing both AE and low beams to LED? Unless you found a plug-n-play kit for the low beam, I'm betting you'll get an error. You'll have to experiment with resistors to get rid of that error. Besides that, the corning light's are amber but I can't remember for the life of me how they look on the E92. Not sure if you can get them coded off or not. |

I have an e92... I plan to buy an AE kit on the forum... mtec, or something.. so the angel eyes are more blue/white... I then plan to replace the bulbs (D1S) with 6000K bulbs... so now my lights will be white/blue instead of 4200k low beams and amber angel eyes.
The question is specifically, is there any other light in the housing that is amber that I would want to change so everything is 6000K huish |
