e90 LCI Offset question....HELP, so i can buy!

I'm ready to pull the trigger but I've been searching and searching the forums for some time now and I keep getting mixed reviews. Not to mention most if the information is focussed on 19's....Could I have some help with some feedback for offsets??

What would some offset recommendations be for 20's with H&R Sports for an e90 LCI with no fender rolling? I have been talking with Vossen Wheels and this was their recommendation:

VVSCV2 w/ black finish:
20x9 +35 offset with a 245/30 tire and a 20x10.5 +42 offset with a 285/25 tire. Perfect fitment. No rubbing

This looks more like an M3 fitment to me though...thoughts?

That will fit, ET42 rear is correct and M3 would run something in the et20's at least
