Any Recommended Service Assistants in the East Bay?
i just got a 2011 e92 m3 and while it has the clown face light below the mirror it did not come with the factory alarm. i'm trying to figure out if there is a way for a dealer (or indie shop) to program the light to blink when the car is locked...and if i could also get the 'beep' to work that would be nice as well. i don't care about the entire alarm system, just the red flashing light. i don't know any service advisors that would either know this sort of info or would be willing to do some digging to find out. thanks.

I have two service assistants @ east bay BMW.. Nick martie and Kevin Rango
I've been in with Nick the most, has always helped me with any questions ive had. Responds to my emails immidiately. When i ordered my bmw performance exhaust i took it in to him because i thought some of the dents it had were caused due to shipping..he checked it out for me and to my relief he said they were natural for clearance. Kevin is also a good guy, hooked it up with a car care kit the first time i met him wich was cool. Those are the two more down to earth guys ive worked with there.. So far ive been treated good under my factory warranty, ill see how they treat me now that im over 50k miles and my CPO has kicked in. |
