thoughts about this deal 328i Sedan

Hey!!

I have got a deal from dealer in TX

328i SEDAN TITANIUM SILVER
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
iDrive NAVIGATION
COMFORT ACCESS
BLUETOOTH OPTION
LOGIC7 SOUND SYSTEM
IPOD ADAPTER....

The dealer was ready to work with me for 1500$ over invoice (35505) + TTL, though he has not given me the exact figure.....i am planning to ask for car mats and tint as gratis.....Also i am planning to lease the car

please give me your inputs about this deal

I think $1500 over invoice with or without the tint is a good deal. I paid $750 under MSRP, but I ordered mine last August and it was the built during the first week of 328i production.
