Help with code!!!!!

I recently got an update to my software during a service. Since then I have been getting a check engine light for an unknown reason. Took my car to the dealer and they said it was an emissions problem and reset the code. A day later the cel came back on. I recently got a bt scan tool which said the error code was 29E0 and 29E1 both saying it was fuel mixture control. What is that? The only mods Ive had for the last few months have been my AA exhaust and injen intake. Could that be causing this? I need to figure this out so I can take it to the dealer and be prepared to explain to them what they need to do since last time they didn't wanna fix anything because of my 2 mods. Thanks

Also on the bt software it's say the error is not currently present....... but it will throw a code if present.

I keep getting this one too. No software update but my car is build date 10/2009. I don't know what software version I'm running. Anyone know?

i would reset lambda and air/fuel ration adaptation with the bt tool. Delete codes first. Do this with ignition on and engine off.
