Heating PU material

I have a lip made of polyurethane which has a slight bending in one part guessing due to the shipping but it never really bothered me. I was just wondering if heating it up would straighten the bend out. Couldn't really think of any other way. If there's no real way of taking out the bend it's fine I was just curious. TIA
