vortex tuning m3 reps, experiences?

hey all!

anyone have experience dealing with vortex tuning? they have the m3 style 260 in 18's which is what im interested in for my Sparkling graphite e90 335i non-sport package. also with their rear offset at 42mm, will 275/35 dunlops direzza sports fit without rubbing?

maybe vortextuniing can chime in and show some pics of these nice rims on an e90. thank you!!!

Hi Teri,

The 18" M3 reps are

18x8.5 ET35
18x9.5 ET42.

275 tire will definitely fit. The rear offset is a little high for E90, and perfect for E46. The E90 in the picture has 19x9.5 ET36 in the rear. ET42 rear wheel will basically retract into the wheel well by 6mm. It will not cause any problems. No rubbing will occur. But I'd still recommend the 19" ET36 wheels. I hope this helps.

hey! thanks for the response! i was hoping to find 18's that will fit and have a more aggressive stance. seems that your 18's are centered around the e46 chassie? i want 18's largely because i like meat on my tires and 18's look best in my opinion with decent meat vs the 19's. i have 17's with 245/45 potenza re01r and theres lots of tire haha. thank you though for your help i'll continue to watch your progress :-)

I hate to open up an old thread, but i'm just curious because i'm leaning toward buying the
18 inch m3 reps from vortex, but will the rear be able to fit a 245 width tire? or is it possible to buy 2 front rims from you guys with the 35 offset? if you can let me know that'd be great
