e90 snow tires

I just recently got a set of 4 snow blizzak tires from my uncle (ex BMW owner). This question might've been answered already, but can 225-50-17 snow blizzak tires fit in my 2006 330xi?

They already have Rial Salerno 17 rims. I currently have the Styling 162 18" with Bridgestone tires.

They are a little tall for 17" wheels. Ideal tires are 225/45/17. Do you have sport pack. There's a slight chance they might rub.
