What type of music do you listen to? You mind screaming but not JUST screaming?
Edit: check out candle lit dinner with inamorta by asking alexandria, gets my blood pumping every time, I'd embed it but I'm on my phone

I ran alot this summer... Few half marathons, ect...
TRANCE!!! Seriously though, some pregressive trance is the best music to run to... DJ tiesto and stuff alike Here is an awesome one... builds really nice, gives you chills when it climaxes.. BAMMM feel that fire run bitch run (you know the sensation if you run) I try to avoid lyrics.. Its too moody and makes you think too much. |

^Relatively old music, but still amazing. Tiesto is the fuckin man. If you like a little bit faster of a tempo.. Try some of this stuff. Sounds like something a kid would listen to, but it gets you pretty jacked mid run.. Heres some random electronic music... Amazing song... One of my favorites... another great one... |

I'm WAAAYY old school, so I just sing "Old McDonald" and "Mary Had a Little Lamb" in my head. Keeps the footfalls very regular.
