3 packages came in today, JB3, Forge DV, RR oil catch can
Man this is a great day for me, my JB3 w/map switching, Forge DV, and the RR oil catch can came in today. I didnt have time after work to get anything installed, but I am istatic none the less. Those that know me locally, armyavi8tor and Blue0013, both M3 owners, we are going to do a autobahn run this weekend, with video for you guys to see when i get everything installed. Hopefully i can keep them in my rear view, well until 155 anyway(damn governor).

Nah, governor isnt a problem, just stating the obvious. And at 155mph, the oil temps really start to rise then anyway and I'd like to stay safe. Plus going any faster then that would just be a waste espically when i get back to the states. Really now how many of you guys that get the governor raise to 175 are actually going to be able to go that speed in the states. And even though i can drive on an autobahn were in certain parts of it there is no post speed limit, there is still a recomended speed limit and if i wrecked not only would i probably be dead, my life insurance and vehicle insurance wouldnt cover shit. So having a 175mph governor might sound bad ass to tell someone, really now when are actually going to beable to go that fast.

Yeah, had that chance, but seen what a 85mph autobahn accident can do on the autobahn, car flipped like 8 times, luckly the guy survived. The car was a total loss ofcourse. Already went 155 in my 335 and been 165 in my buddies M3, believe me shit can happen quick and all you can is hold on for a ride. So i done the autobahn thing, and even the Nurburgring a few times which is even better then any top speed autobahn run. Just a speed, power junky for life and have been in every car i have owned. But my 335 has beat them all hands down so far, well almost.

I have been about 145-47 in my 335i, and have absolutely no desire to move any faster in it. Shit flies by so quickly at those speeds. At 175, one little mistake on a public roadway and you are French toast cooked in Germany.

Good Road, USA, New Mexico 285 Clines Corner to Roswell, 15 miles STRAIGHT, 40 miles terrific curves, up, down, etc.
US does have some great roads. BTW 165mph on 285, limited by oil temp. |

I would go to the hardware store and get an Elbow peice for that catch can. You'll find that the piping runs more smothly when you put an elbow on the PcV valve connetion. Point it toward the passanger side of the car.
Nice mods...I have the same...except the DV's I have are hyperboost...
