Are my Jb3 Pins Broken? Pics

There seems to be 3 pins missing/broken on my jb3.
I have included a picture to show whats going on.

Can I install just like this, or do I have a problem on my hands?

Looks like you have a couple of bent pins though - straighten those out first...
